Robot UVC PRIMAC XXI

Developed in cooperation with one of the world’s leading robot companies, which among other things offers automation for the aerospace industry as an autonomous, fast and safe robot that disinfects large interiors of public spaces (including airports, hospitals, supermarkets).

Thanks to UV-C radiation with a length of 253.7 nm, the PRIMAC XXI robot destroys chemical bonds within DNA and RNA nucleic acids and inactivates viruses, SARS-Cov2 (COVID-19), H1N1, MERS, bacteria, mites , fungi, molds and other microorganisms. And thanks to its very high output (6x172Watt), the disinfection time previously carried out can be shortened.

It is the only multifunctional robot on the market with a thermal imaging temperature measurement, a built-in obstacle avoidance camera and a biosensor, which increase the safety of people and objects in the disinfected area.

Features and functions:

Very high efficiency and multiple protection

  • UV radiation with a length of 253.7 nm destroys the DNA and RNA of microorganisms, prevents their reproduction and thus effectively disinfects and sterilizes the air and space

  • the operating power is 6 lamps with 172 W each, which enables an SPDT (Single Point Disinfection Time) of 2 minutes

  • the first dual-function robot on the market – temperature measurement and disinfection

  • the biosensor ensures the safety of people in the vicinity of the robot. After detecting the presence of a person, PRIMAC XXI automatically switches off the UV-C lamps without exposing the person to radiation,

  • wwith the built-in 3D camera, you can safely avoid obstacles (benches, glass counters, windows, etc.).

Autonomy and ease of use

  • navigation with SLAM (simultaneous localization and mapping – simultaneous location and map creation)

  • autonomous operating mode

  • automatic charging mode

  • a certified LIDAR device (LIDAR: Light Detection and Ranging) guarantees the safety when operating the robot

  • real-time operational records – records of the disinfection process can be viewed on a tablet or computer

  • the disinfection process takes place without human intervention

Suitable for e.g.:

  • offices
  • shopping canters
  • supermarkets
  • airports
  • train stations
  • camp

Schedule task times: The robot arrives at the scheduled location to perform assigned actions at the specified time.

Ease of use: An operating system tailored to the people who use the robot for work and the users, so it is easy to use based on your needs.

Activity report: The robot’s control system automatically generates an activity report that takes into account the degree of completion of the tasks, the time of completion, the state of charge, etc.

Automatic charging: Thanks to the 2-hour battery and the automatic charging function, the robot requires minimal human involvement in the process.

Multiple safety: the robot has a passive and active obstacle avoidance system and a sensor for detecting human presence – UV radiation is automatically switched off in the vicinity of people.

Modern navigation technology: The repeatable accuracy of the robot is based on the SLAM laser navigation system and can be controlled up to +/- 3 cm.

  • The presence of living beings must be excluded while the UV lamp is in operation.
  • It is forbidden to be present during the anti-virus to avoid injuries caused by direct UV rays on the eyes and skin.
  • Personnel in the presence of ultraviolet radiation should wear protective clothing and eye protection.
  • During use, the surface of the UV lamp should be kept clean (it can be wiped with a gauze soaked in alcohol before switching on).
  • The disinfected surface should be exposed directly to ultraviolet light.
  • Ventilation is required after disinfection.
  • Ultraviolet rays can destroy a wide variety of microorganisms, including bacteria, spores, viruses, fungi, and other microorganisms.
  • Water and air can be disinfected with UV radiation.
